You have 14 days to return (we will refund your postage once received) an item for a refund if you are not happy with your order..
If you cancel an order because you may have changed your mind, then a 10% handling charge will be charged. If the error is ours then we shall give you a full refund including any costs associated with postage. All returns must be authorised First
Items returned for a refund must be sent to us insured and unopened and be in a 'new' condition. Items returned will be checked before a refund is issued.
Magpies Miniatures will refund the purchase price to you within 2 working days of the receipt of returned goods.
